Written in unpublished Kronichle Dato' Said's No. 5... it was recorded that :
HRH Ibrahim diberi 21 gunsalute di Majlis yang dia tak tahu.. and was it was arranged by Major of Chicago to welcomes him to American soils.
1934 is the year mase dia mengelilingi dunia. Namanya termasyhur di Tanah Amerika apabila disambut secara besar-besaran di China, Jepun dan Hawai semasa perlayarannya tahun itu.. so.. Mayor of Chicago dah dapat tahu awal, di jemput HRH Ibrahim ke majlis pembukaan World's Fair, dan dia jadi satu-satunya Royal dignitary yang merasmikan World's Fair di tanah Amerika.
Peristiwa itu merekodkan, bukan sahaja memberi kejutan kepada Johore's Entorages, tapi jugak 200,000 rakyat Amerika yang datang melihat perasmian World's Fair itu..
Official commentaries kerajaan Amerika menyatakan.. Johore adalah "independent state".. bukan jajahan takluk British (1914). So take note.

Among this men from Turk's Royal Navy.. there were 8 Johore Dato's. Unfortunately.. all 8 of them were lost at sea during the faithful voyage onboard of the Ertugrul

During his visit to Ottoman Empire in 1885.. HRH Abu Bakar was awarded with First Degree Award of Ottoman Empire.
Johore delegates comprised Tunku Abd. Hamid (Father of Prof. DiRaja Ungku Aziz), Dato' Amar DiRaja Rahman Andak and Tun Ali Kelana also awarded with Caliph's Award..

JOHORE'S AWARD
During Ottoman Royal navy voyage to Japan in 1890's... enroute to Pengkalan Tambatan in Selat Tebrau.. a delegation of Ottoman Empire of Ertugrul Frigate paid a courtesy visit to Istana Besar Johore..
FROM unpublished Dato' Said's Khronicle No. 5.. there were recorded that 8 of Ottoman Navy crews.. including her captain, Ali Osman Bey, and the other 7 were officers and special envoy of ottoman Caliph to the east was awarded 1st and 2nd classes order of Johore.
FAITHFUL VOYAGE
Ertugrul set sail to Istanbul in 15th September 1890... and sunk off coast of Japan, some 80 nautica from Yokohama in 16th September..
533 ottoman navy, including 8 Dato's made from Johore were lost their lives.. never made return to Istanbul with a present to the Caliph.

According to the Author.. Dato' Syed in his Khronicle No. 5.. the delegation was embarked in Istana Besar on 1894... while.. Ertugrul was sank off Japanese coast in 1890... W.T.F did they encounter in Istana Besar in '1894".. ghost ship with ghostly crew????
Johor Off Japan
Remains of the Ottoman Navy was floating near the coast of Japan collected by villager nearby.. a week after the incident... the villager held a special prayer at their tomb and built a tugu.... and they'd display A FLAG OF JOHORE to honour the fallen Ottoman navy!!!! W.T.F????????????????
Almost 100 years ago, diselatan tanahair.. terdapat satu taman yang amat indah gemilang
Taman seluas 19 ekar tersebut kepunyaan keluarga Alkaff, the prominent Arab traders in Singapore. Taman Syorrrgaaa
Taman tersebut dibina utk keluarga Alkaff pada 1927, and then open for public in 1929. Landscapenya bercirikan Taman Jepun seperti di Istana Besar Johor Bahru.. AND.. architectnya jugak dari diimport khas dari Jepun. Kesemua bukit-bukit dan tasik ditaman itu adalah manmade.. mengikut citarasa Alkaff. In it heyday, it become centre of attraction in Singapore.. semua penulis British terkenal pada zaman itu selalu memuji taman alkaff dalam karya mereka, much sough than botanical Garden and more beautiful than Taman Istana Tyersall milik HH Albert Baker (which is abandoned in 1905). Taman tersebut terselamat semasa pendudukan dan bom jepun.. kerana pihak Jepun suka akan kejepunan taman itu.
Tapi, lepas perang... Taman itu terbiar.. lalu keluarga Alkaff terpaksa menjualnya utk menyambung perniagaannya yg kerugian sebab perang.
Dibeli oleh Sennet utk dijadikan residential housing. from Period 1949 sehingga 1964.. saki baki taman tersebut masih ada... then, pada 1964.... bukit-bukit taman itu ditarah rata dan digunakan utk menimbus tasik tersebut bagi laluan pembinaan sebuah Sekolah dan PadangSejak itu.. Taman Syorrrgaaa ini hilang tanpa dapat dikesan.
